Whether I’m cooking for my family or customers, I always try provide the most exciting flavors while still keeping it as nutritious and natural as I can. And incorporating healthy habits into your life is super easy, so I thought I’d share some of the tips I teach in my health habits classes. Without further ado…this month’s healthy habit tip:

EAT WHOLE.

Add more whole foods, fruits, veggies, and grains to your diet. When shopping, fill cart with foods from the perimeter of the store, as stores fill the middle aisles with more highly processed foods. The perimeter is where you will find fresh fruits, veggies, lean meats, and dairy products.
