ABOUT FLAVOR 360
Flavor 360 is a boutique catering company serving St. Louis (located in Maplewood) specializing in unique + approachable cooking using locally sourced, natural ingredients. We provide exceptional, personalized service to customers while promoting small batch cooking + farm fresh ingredients.
Apprenticeship Position
- Contractor position with potential to move to employee within one year
- 20-40 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule that varies by week depending on events
- The position will require some day, evenings + weekends
- Experience with scratch cooking is a plus
- Must have an interest in or experience with bread baking
- Responsibilities:
- Day to day operations of a kitchen
- Menu development
- Managing a team at off site catering events
- Purchasing + managing inventory
Also looking for Bartenders + Servers
- Contractor position on an as needed basis
- Evenings + weekends
- Excellent pay
